Love is // Claudia & Tyron
Valentine's Day... a universal celebration of love and romance. Aside from the roses, chocolates and champagne, it is a day to reflect on the utter gratitude and admiration we feel for those special people who brighten and strengthen our lives everyday through love and endless commitment.
We are celebrating Valentine's Day this year by recognising and celebrating couples who we have had the honour of assisting along their journey down the aisle.
Meet Claudia and Tyron - and their unique story of love and marriage
It was lovely Tyron that got in touch with us to find and make the perfect ring for Claudia.
We were thrilled to make Claudia's dream ring! We made a beautiful Oval-cut diamond engagement ring in platinum with tapered baguette-cut diamond side stones.

When, and how did you meet each other?
We met at work. I was having a terrible day and Tyron walked in with a big smile on his face and I thought to myself, I've never seen this guy before. We were just friends for nearly a year and then all of a sudden we were taking weekend trips to the snow together. We've been inseparable ever since.
Love is...? Tell us what love means to you!
Love is so many things... it's laughing together, even when you're in a bad mood. It's the warm feeling when you know they're at home waiting for you. Most importantly it's the support they give you no matter what.
What do you love most about your partner?
Tyron: She's always there for me, she obviously thinks about my wellbeing far more than her own. No one's ever made me feel so loved and so happy.
Claudia: I love the way he makes me laugh in any situation. And definitely his derrière.
Wedding date and wedding location?
We got married on May 21, 2016. Our ceremony was at Dalton Chapel, St Ignatius College, Riverview and the reception was at The Loft, Daltone House, Pyrmont.
Anything else you would like to share with us?
Claudia: When Tyron went to Claire to design my engagement ring he figured it would be helpful to have someone come along to help design the ring. Since he knew that keeping a proposal plan secret was paramount to its' surprise he only trusted two people: his two brothers. So three early-to-mid-twenty year old boys/men sat down with Claire to choose a diamond and design the setting.
Tyron has always treated me with little pieces of Aristides Fine Jewels for birthdays or anniversaries, he knows where the goods are (hehe). It was a no-brainer for where he went for my engagement ring and our wedding bands.
