We hope you are delighted with your Aristides Fine Jewels merchandise, however we do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' purchases. We do reserve the right to offer you a credit note in such circumstances.
We do not offer refunds on Bespoke pieces, this includes all Rings, all rose gold jewellery and any custom made pieces such as Letter Monogram Bracelets/earrings/necklaces. This also includes any item which has been altered or adjusted specifically for the customer. A replacement or credit note will be offered on any goods which are faulty. Goods which are returned not in their original condition will not be offered a credit note or exchange.

We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Please contact us if you have any questions at all.
