TERMS & CONDITIONS We hope you are delighted with your Aristides Fine Jewels purchase, however we do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' purchases. We do reserve the right to offer you a credit note in such circumstances. We do not offer refunds on Bespoke / custom made pieces, this includes all Rings, and custom made pieces such as the monogram collection, all rose gold pieces and ring size alterations are considered custom made. This also encompasses any item which has been altered or adjusted specifically for the customer. A replacement will be offered on any goods which are faulty. Goods which are returned not in their original condition will not be offered a credit note or exchange. Any circumstances not detailed in our terms and conditions, we default to the policies outlined by the Department of Fair Trading of NSW. For further information on the Department of Fair Trading's guidelines for repairs, refunds and replacements please visit their consumer guidelines page. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
