Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production times are specified at time of purchase and starts the first business day after the purchase.
An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can track your delivery.
Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.
Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

The cost for postage, payable at checkout is $25 AUD depending on location, with duties and taxes calculable and payable at checkout. Please note, that duties and taxes are respective to your order value and destination country.

All ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS products come with a voluntary manufacturer’s 6-month warranty and we provide a complimentary return label through our Repair Platform if your order falls within this timeframe.
If your item is deemed as a manufacturing fault, the return shipping cost will be covered by ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS. ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS reserves the right to recover all shipping costs if your piece is deemed as wear and tear within the 6 months manufacturing warranty.
Outside our manufacturer’s 6 month warranty, it is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS. Return shipping costs will be added to your repair invoice and payment is required prior to repairing your item.
Domestic repairs will incur a flat rate fee of $13 AUD. For international customers please contact us at email@example.com for a quote. The return shipping costs are respective to your destination country. The cost will be stated on your repair invoice and additional duties and taxes may be calculable and payable at checkout.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
If you have changed your mind or made an error and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel up to 24 hours after an order has been placed. Please contact our Customer Care team here to do so. We are not able to cancel or change your order after this time.
READY TO SHIP
Due to the nature and turnaround time of our ready to ship service, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
All bespoke orders including but not limited to the Monogram Necklaces, Monogram Bracelets, Monogram Earrings, and Engagement Rings cannot be cancelled or changed due to the extensive production process.
Products purchased from ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS online or retail stores may be returned for a credit in Australia if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date. ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.
ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS credits are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS credits are valid for use in our retail stores and online at aristidesfinejewels.com for a period of three years.
To initiate a credit return, please lodge your request via our return platform. You may also return ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS products at any of our retail stores in Australia.
ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS does not accept returns if products;
- are not returned in their original condition or packaging
- are returned outside of the specified return timeframe
- are of a bespoke nature
ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur. Products purchased during archive sale may not be returned unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you are returning an item for repair, please lodge your request via our return platform.
Your item(s) must be returned in their original or similar protective packaging, carefully secured to avoid damage in transit.
Please note if the item(s) arrives in a condition that does not reflect our requirements, the repair will not be accepted and returned to you at your own expense.
OUR VOLUNTARY WARRANTY AND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
All ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS products come with a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. In addition to this, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Please find the terms of ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS’s current voluntary warranty against defects and warranty period below as well as your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS VOLUNTARY WARRANTY
Subject to the terms of this warranty, ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS offers a warranty against manufacturing defects for genuine ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS items purchased from one of our retail stores, ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS authorised stockists or online store at www.aristidesfinejewels.com, for a period of six months from the date of purchase (Warranty Period*). ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS will offer a repair (where possible) or replacement* for such genuine ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS items exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value. Certain exclusions set out below apply.
*Note: You may have other rights and remedies (including the right to receive a refund) under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the relevant circumstances, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may in some circumstances continue to apply after the end of ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS Warranty Period.
ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS does not take responsibility for lost jewellery.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges. All archive sale pieces are covered by a six month manufacturing warranty. Pieces can only be deemed faulty by one of our jewellers upon physical assessment. All faults deemed as the result of wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Once an archive sale piece is sold out, we will not have the material or components to repair or recreate it.
EXCLUSIONS TO ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS
ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS does not offer repairs, refunds or exchanges for defective product purchased from any of our authorised stockists. If the product purchased from an authorised stockist is found to be defective or damaged, it is up to the discretion of the stockist as to how they wish rectify the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS warranty does not apply to items that have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by accident or misuse. Please see follow the care instructions listed on our website.
All metals will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster if they have contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin pH. The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs depends on your skin and jewellery care habits. Tarnishing due to the above reasons, is not covered under this warranty.
Any repairs or modifications made to your ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS jewellery that are not performed by ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS will void the voluntary warranty.
ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS voluntary warranty does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS voluntary warranty provides benefits in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer law in Australia; and does not exclude, restrict, modify, limit, replace or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees.
Depending on the relevant circumstances, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may continue to apply after the end of ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS voluntary warranty period.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
You have the protection of consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. (Note: The general comments below are not a comprehensive or exhaustive summary of the Australian Consumer Law.)
Relevantly, the Australian Consumer Law contains certain statutory automatic guarantees (consumer guarantees) which provide you with a basic guaranteed/automatic level of protection when you purchase ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS jewellery in Australia. For example, there is a consumer guarantee that our jewellery is of acceptable quality (that is, free from defects, safe, durable, acceptable in appearance/finish, and fit for wearing based on what a reasonable consumer would regard as acceptable given the type of goods, price of goods (if relevant), description/statements on packaging/labels, statements made by supplier/manufacturer about the goods and other relevant circumstances).
If your ARISTIDES FINE JEWELS jewellery fails to comply with the applicable consumer guarantees you are entitled to certain remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Note: “major failure” has a specific meaning under the Australian Consumer Law.
